La politique deThe personal data protection policy described below details the rights and obligations of Marine Coton and Customers for the use of data as well as information relating to cookies. It supplements the General Conditions posted on the Website.

Marine Coton employs all the means to guarantee the protection and the confidentiality of the data collected near the Customer on the Website.

The collection of personal data is necessary in particular for the management of the orders on the marinecoton.com website (Hereafter: “Website”) or at the time of the exchanges by email, mail or telephone with the Customer.

In the case where the Customer would not inform the required information, Marine Coton could be in the incapacity to follow up the request or the Order. The other fields known as “optional” allow Marine Coton to improve services. They are left with the discretion of the Customer who can choose to supplement them or not.

The information collected concerning the Customer can be transmitted to technical service providers or subcontractors of Marine Coton. The Customer has the possibility of refusing to transmit his personal data to a third, knowing that this refusal could give place to an incapacity to treat his/her Order.
